With a unique pulley house with our child/pet safety release wheel system means you will never have to fit a chain break or a p clip to your chain. This system is certified under EN13120 legislation. Patent pending for child/pet safe system. Our cam lock supports makes the mounting and release of the head rail quick and easy. The cam lock supports can be attached to the top or face of the recess/wall Our new designed twist locks for the end over and the twist screw lock for spindles means a fast and effective setup, no more screwing on the head rail with additional tools. The cord on the twist screw lock spindles offers a drop of 250cm The pulley house works on a 1:4 ratio. The pack also included child safe cord breakaway toggles and clips, chrome metal beaded chain at a 100cm drop, cutting guide for the head rail, standard masonry screws and plugs, 4mm fibreglass rods, pre-bonded hook tape attached to the head rail, Roman blind pocket tape and a PVC oval hollow weight bottom bar

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be clearly shown at checkout. You can also view shipping estimates in your shopping cart. Standard shipping applies to Mainland UK.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to your specified address. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, and require a signature upon receipt. Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

When do I own the goods?

Ownership transfers to you once the courier has collected the order and we have received full payment, including delivery charges.

Are there any potential delays?

Yes, please allow extra time during holiday periods. Since fabrics are ordered specifically for each customer, delays may occur if your chosen fabric is out of stock or unavailable with the manufacturer. Ordering early helps avoid this. If your fabric is discontinued or unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we can offer shipping internationally. Be aware that import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping fees will need to be estimated on a order-by-order basis and non-refundable. Please contact us directly.

Returns

Any error made by Surrey Lifestyle will be covered under warranty or customer services. All returns that are not due to an error on our part will have to be agreed with Surrey Lifestyle beforehand, you will have 5 working days to return the item or order back to us. Please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price of each return. All postage and/or insurance prepaid by you.
