When will my order arrive?
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to your specified address. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm and require a signature upon receipt. Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
When do I own the goods?
Ownership transfers to you once the courier has collected the order and we have received full payment, including delivery charges.
Are there any potential delays?
Yes, please allow extra time during holiday periods. Since fabrics are ordered specifically for each customer, delays may occur if your chosen fabric is out of stock or unavailable with the manufacturer. Ordering early helps avoid this.
