The 13–16mm ball curtain pole is an extendable pole set with a durable painted finish, combining practical design with a decorative touch. It is designed for use with light to medium weight heading taped curtains and supplied with unlined curtain rings, which can be removed to allow use with tab top or eyelet curtains for added flexibility. The quick lock wall supports feature an inner rubber lug that securely holds the pole in place without the need for grub screws or an Allen key, preventing sideways movement when opening or closing the curtains. An open support design allows the pole and curtains to be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. Each pack includes an extendable curtain pole, a pair of plastic ball finials, paint-free fixed projection face-fix wall supports, and plastic unlined rings. Standard wall screws and plugs are supplied, although alternative fixings may be required depending on the installation surface. Curtain hooks are not included, and matching voile holdbacks are available separately.

How much is shipping?

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to your specified address. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, and require a signature upon receipt. Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

When do I own the goods?

Ownership transfers to you once the courier has collected the order and we have received full payment, including delivery charges.

Are there any potential delays?

Yes, please allow extra time during holiday periods. Since fabrics are ordered specifically for each customer, delays may occur if your chosen fabric is out of stock or unavailable with the manufacturer. Ordering early helps avoid this. If your fabric is discontinued or unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we can offer shipping internationally. Be aware that import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping fees will need to be estimated on a order-by-order basis and non-refundable. Please contact us directly.

Returns

Any error made by Surrey Lifestyle will be covered under warranty or customer services. All returns that are not due to an error on our part will have to be agreed with Surrey Lifestyle beforehand, you will have 5 working days to return the item or order back to us. Please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price of each return. All postage and/or insurance prepaid by you.
